Over the years I’ve been buying and collecting a multitudes of domain names – much like people collect art.   It started with the idea that I would one day build a business on each domain but when collecting became more of an addiction with almost 200 premium domains, I realised that something had to be done sooner rather than later.

So welcome Aussie Domain Names.  This site is a vehicle for me to slowly offload some of the ‘art’ I’ve collected over the years.

It’s probably better that someone who has more time than me gets to actually use the name rather than just marvel at the potential.

But like any good addict I can’t help myself. I’m still looking for and buying these little nuggets, so there’s a good chance I’ll pick up a bargain which I can pass on here.

The way these domain names will be sold is via ebay.  I’ll list the domain for a fixed price which is reasonable based on traffic and brand potential.  However each domain will also have an opportunity for you to make an offer rather than just buy it outright.  I’m always open to offers, but keep in mind anyone can just buy the domain from under you at any time. So if you really want it, save yourself a sleepless night or two and just buy it. 

When I list a domain on ebay I’ll also list it here and make a mention of it in our twitter account @aussienames.
